Absolutely! We ship across South Africa through our trusted courier partners. Please select the relevant shipping option for your address at check-out.
The Courier Guy – Across South Africa. Please select the correct option. Selecting the incorrect will incur additional costs and shipping will delayed.
Pudo – most cost-effective shipping method. Please select for outlying / high risk areas.

We do offer collection as a shipping option. This could be collection in person or sending your own courier to collect.

Return Policy for Photo Magnet Co.
As a small business crafting personalised products just for you, we have a specific return policy to keep things fair and sustainable. Please review it below.
1. Orders Are Custom and Final
- Because each magnet is made to your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders unless there’s an issue caused by us. This includes:
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
- Errors in your uploaded photo (e.g., low quality, wrong image) or design choices after approval.
2. When We’ll offer of a Replacement
We will happily resolve issues if:
- Product Faults: Your magnet arrives damaged, defective (e.g., peeling print, weak magnet), or not as ordered due to our mistake.
- Our Error: We printed the wrong photo, size, or design compared to what was ordered.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Timeframe: Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@photomagnetco.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. Please also attach a picture to your email.
4. What You’ll Get
- Replacements: For approved replacements, we’ll remake and resend your magnet at no extra cost
- No Refunds for Custom Work: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can’t offer refunds outside of defects or our errors.
